1. Everyone MUST register first > link here
    No one will be cast without registering.
    

2. Instructions for video submissions:
     Record yourself doing the following:
       a) Singing 32 bars of your favorite song - with music/accompaniment (without vocals). 
       b) Reading from a script (select one) > JUNIORS -- SENIOR BOYS - SENIOR GIRLS
    

3. Submit your video to RSYTCAuditions@gmail.com
    

4. Casting decisions will be sent via email after all auditions are completed.
   (please verify we have your current email address to ensure you receive this notification)
    

5. Upon receiving an email with your assigned role, you have 12 hours to either accept or decline it.
   If we do not receive your response within this timeframe, the role will be reassigned.
   * By formally accepting, you are agreeing to our terms/conditions
    

6. Payment is due within 24 hours of role acceptance.
   If we do not receive payment within this timeframe, the role will be reassigned.
    

7. Once all roles have been formally accepted, a cast list will be announced/posted.
    

8. Late Registrations are limited to ensemble positions only.
   After March 25 for Annie Jr., and/or Something Rotten
   After April 25 for Frozen Jr.
   * full payment is required at the time of registration.
